Child Care Center Director Qualifications and Duties — Based on interviews and record reviews the facility did not comply with the section cited above when LPA conducted a visit on 11/13/2025 and .... Criminal background check — Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by not ensuring all staff have an eligible criminal background clearance prior to working in the facility, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Bouchra Chahboune did not have an eligible criminal background clearance during today's visit. The Administrator was informed to check Guardian or contact the Oakland office to very clearance.
