101238 Buildings and Grounds (a)The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. This requirement has not been met due to the ceiling in room "Whitney" being in disrepair and no proof of mold testing for the building since several leaks occurred in the month of January per interviews from staff.
