Family home — admission procedures and parent rights — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LIC 9224 Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Reports were not on file. Per Licensee, she did not know she had to notify the parents and have them sign the LIC 9224 as a result of the Type A citations and office visit in 2024, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
