Health-Related Services — Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that one medication was expired and one was missing the label which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed a child using the bathroom without adult visual supervision during nap time which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
