During LPA's arrival, LPA observed that Staff #2 (S2) was supervising eleven children by herself. Within 7 minutes of LPA's arrival, Licensee arrived at home. This poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.

During the indoor inspection, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) observed that licensee did not have a carbon monoxide detector in the home.
