Family home — in-ground pool drowning prevention requirements — Based on LPA observations and Licensee interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee does NOT have a functioning pool alarm, minimum 17 inches in diameter life ring, 12-foot-long fixed body hook and daily inspection log per AB2866 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
