Family home — in-ground pool drowning prevention requirements — Based on LPA observations and licensee interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed an 8x16 gap in the middle of the mesh fence located facing east. In addition, licensee provided LPA with her daily pool inspection log. LPA observed last documented date was 10/4/2025 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
