(a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs.(1)No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time... Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirement was not met by Interviews and observation conducted by LPA. Staff #1, #2, and #3 were not able to witness C1 place the foreign object in ear. Although, there were 3 staff in classroom B at the time of the incident visual supervision was not met. which poses a potential health and safety health risk to children in care.
