Personal Rights — interviews. It was determined that licensee is providing care to children at her store in Shafter, CA and also at the home (unknown location) of adult #1 which is not licensed. This poses an immediatel risk to the health, safety and/or personal rights of children in care.

Criminal Record Clearance — Interview. Multiple individuals that were interviewed reported that daycare children have received care by adult #1 during licensees noted daycare hours and in the home of adult #1 who does not have a criminal record clearance on at least three occasions in the last month. This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety and/or personal rights of children in care. A $500.00 civil penalty was assessed today.

LPA observed accessible laundry room with no door that had cleaning supplies and laundry soap inside which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensee installed a baby gate at the time of inspection in order to make the laundry room inaccessible.
