Infant Safe Sleep — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed an infant sleeping in a play yard covered between two blankets which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed vitamins, supplements, and scissors in a kitchen drawer that was not made inaccessible. LPA also observed multiple cleaning agents and items labeled "keep out of reach of children" in lower cabinets that were not child proof or inaccessible. There is an unlocked storage shed in the backyard that is not locked which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Family home — in-ground pool drowning prevention requirements — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed chairs, tables, and plants lined up against the pool fence that could be used to enable a child to climb over. Licensee's pool hook measured to 10ft long and was not fixed. Licensee's pool alarm did not sound when tested, and Licensee has not been keeping a daily log of inspections for the pool safety feautres which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
