Disaster and Mass Casualty Plan — Based on observations, records review and interview ,the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During this visit , per facility representative disaster drill was conducted September 2024, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

LPA did not observe at least one staff member with valid Pediatric first aid and CPR certificate , which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
