Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision — Based on the interviews conducted with staff it is unknown for how long where the napping children left alone when S3 ran after C1 and C2. Interviews revealed that the incident occurred within 2-3 minutes. Written staff statements corroborate with the staff interviews.
