Drinking water lead testing — Based on interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above and they did not have the drinking water tested for lead contamination levels. Per facility representative, they have to follow up with the lead testing company to schedule a date and time for testing. This is a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk to persons in care.
