Personnel Requirements — Based on LPA record review and observation, Connie Aragon, was assisting in PreK-2. FR states individual is volunteer that has been present at the facility for a month and from 11:00am to 4:00pm. This is an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
