Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision for Infants — LPA observed C1 sleeping in the crib on their stomach at 1:13pm. LPA reviewed infant sleep log. Sleep log was completed by staff and signed for times 12:45p, 1:00p, 1:15p, 1:30p, and 1:45p at 1:13p.
