Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision — On 3/21/24, at approximately 12:28PM, LPA observed 2 children in the bathroom while staff supervised 10 napping children in the classroom. Preschool Program with Toddler Component — On 3/21/24 while children were napping , LPA observed a 19 month old child napping in the preschool room with 6 preschool children. This poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.

101238 Buildings and Grounds (a) The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. This requierment was not being met as by: Classroom 2 was observed 4 large screws protruding from the wall near two children’s crib. Cribs are not currently being used by children. LPA observed 7 children napping in cots in the same classroom.
