Buildings and Grounds — LPA observed cat feces on the fake turf on the infant yard, the infants had not gone out to the yard yet and staff had not skimmed the yard, the side yard next to the infant class rooms is dirty and the exit door paths need to be cleaned and cleared to open properly and safely. which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal right risk to person in care.

Buildings and Grounds — Based on LPAs observations and photographs obtained, the facility did not comply with the section cited above as evidenced by broken stucco exposing the concrete on the lower portion of the north side of the wall between the entrance of the yard and barricaded AC unit in the infant play yard, debris of leaves outside of the infant classroom #1 and in the play yard, which poses a potential risk of the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
