Family home — admission procedures and parent rights — Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPA observed child 1 (C1), C3 and C5 are missing LIC 995A which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, the bathroom that is currently being used by children has cleaning compounds under the sink and are not made inaccessible to children in care which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Personal Rights — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, the licensee has roof construction occurring during day care with constant banging on roof. Although, the licensee stated that the constrcution workers go on lunch during nap time, infants do not have a designated nap time and the constant banging maybe uncomfortbale for children in care which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
