Infant Safe Sleep — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that 1 out of 1 infant napping in crib had blanket over their torso and there was an additional blanket hanging from side of crib (photo taken) which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
