Reporting Requirements — LPA Lujan observation on 08/19/2026 and 08/27/2026. Based on interview with owner Brianna Harvey, new flooring, paint, toilets, new changing table/countertops/storage space were constructed for all rooms. Per Brianna constructed started July 29 and was completed on August 20, 2026.

Based on interview with owner Brianna, she reported that children were placed in room 2 during construction which room 2 is under their preschool license from July 29-August 10, 2026. — requirement not met
