1503.5 Unlicensed community care facility; definition; operation prohibited; procedure upon discovery (a) A facility shall be deemed to be an “unlicensed community care facility” and “maintained and operated to provide nonmedical care” if it is unlicensed and not exempt from licensure and any one of the following conditions is satisfied: (1) The facility is providing care or supervision, as defined by this chapter or the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter. — The facility has been operating a school age program during summer school. LPA observed that the facility has an expired registration with the heritage school effective 06/30/26.

Per director they are not using the playground because they do not have the funding to maintain grounds.
