TrustLine provider denied based on a background check result — Based on interviews, S1 corroberated that the dates provided for the disaster drill were filled out on LPAs annual inspection date and were not the dates the drills were conducted as S1, forgot to document in the drill log. S1 stated RP, provided the dates. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
