Outdoor Activity Space — Based on observations the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, the outdoor play area to have a significant amount of weeds growing through the cement surface. The garden area was observed to contain numerous dead plants and appeared overgrown and not well maintained which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Infant Care General Sanitation — Based on interviews conducted, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Staff disclosed that gloves are changed between changes and hands are washed after all children have been changed and some staff do not use gloves which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
