Teacher-Child Ratio — LPAs observed a staff member leave her 5 children in the red room alone while letting parents in the front of the school and walking the children to their classrooms. LPAs also observed this staff person, the staff from the yellow, green, & orange room used as teachers with no proof of qualifications This poses/posed a immediate Health and Safety risk to children in care.

The teacher that was inside with the injured child was suppose to be outside with the other staff and the other 23 children. This poses/posed a immediate Health and Safety risk to children in care.
