Infant Safe Sleep — Based on licensee statement, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above and she did not complete infant nap chart for napping infants every 15 minutes which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Infant Safe Sleep — Based on LPA's observation on 02/06/26 at 11:50 AM, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above LPA observed daycare bedroom door, adjacent to the living room was closed, and observed an infant was napping in the crib which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
