(1) Except as specified in (3) below, good physcial health shall be verified by a health screening, including a tesst for tuberculois, performed by or under the physician not more thanone year prior or seven days after employment or licensure.

(4) The diaper-changing area, where residue is splashed from soiled diapers and items and surfaces are touched by staff during the diaper-changing process, shall be washed and disinfected after each diaper change.
