Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision — Based on interview, the licensee did not supervise a child that wandered off which poses an immediate health, safety and/or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Personal Rights — Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above and staff allowed children to perform a handstand on the concrete surface without redirecting them leading to C1 sustaining injuries. This poses a potential safety risk to persons in care.

Wading Pools — Based on observation the Licensee did not comply with section cited above. LPAs observed inflatable pool at the bootom of water slide had not been emptied after morning use. This is a potential risk to safety of children in care.
