Family home — home free of safety hazards — During tour of the home at 1:47p LPA observed bathroom sink cabinet unlocked. LPA observed a bottle of Awesome cleaning spray. Licensee and LPA did a tour together and licensee confirmed that there was no lock on the cabinet but that she does have one. Licensee showed LPA her child safety lock.
