Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) observed that an adult in the home was not live scanned as it had been several months since he turned 18. Personal Rights — Based on interviews, it was determined that licensee and Assistants have been placing children on timeouts by making children sit on the carpet cross legged, with their hands behind their backs, and their heads bowed as part of their discipline. This poses as a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
