Staffing Ratio and Capacity — LPA observed licensee had nine children in care two infants, six preschoolers, and one school age without an assistant. Licensee is operating over ratio which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

LPA observed the Complaint Report and Deficiency Type A, was not posted. Per Licensee she had it posted but removed it to show it to staff and forgot to posted it again which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
