The room was being used a storage area to include a large massage chair, 1 large plastic bag and broken cardboard box full of items, a vacuum cleaner, a large rubbermaid container that had chicken bedding inside, as well as a heat lamp attached to the back of a child sized chair pointing to a metal cage which housed two chickens. The heat lamp was accessible to children and was hot to touch, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
