Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on records review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two of two disaster drills, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The licensee showed the LPA a list of drill dates showing that the latest disaster drill was documented on 5/7/2024. The licensee stated she had not conducted one since then.

Family home — preventive health training, including pediatric CPR and first aid — Based on records review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two of two pediatric CPR-First Aid training certificates, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The licensee showed the LPA expired pediatric CPR cards for each of two licensees in the license. The licensee stated the CPR had to be renewed.
