Personal Rights — Based on staff interviews and record review, S1 was witnessed yelling at children in care, as well as handled child and/or children in a rough manner by four (4) out of six (6) interviewed staff. This poses an immediate danger to the health and safety of the children in care

CCR 101239.1 Napping Equipment (c) Each cot or mat shall be equipped with a sheet to cover the cot or mat and, depending on the weather, a sheet and/or blanket to cover the child.
