Criminal background check — Based on observation, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two counts out of total of 3 counts of staffs' fingerprinting which poses a potential health, and safety risk to persons in care. Grace Leonard and Marilyn Sorense did not have fingerprinting clearance through Department of Social Services. Their clearances were through Boys and Girls Club which is a different entity. LPA observed they were supervising children. 500.00 civil penalty was assessed for each staff today. (total of two staff).
