However, there were four (4) children napping the garage upon LPA's arrival. Licensee stated that the garage is utilized as Room 2 for childcare. Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the garage is utilized as Room 2 for daycare use which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
