Infant Safe Sleep — Based on observation today, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two counts out of total two counts of cribs which were covered with dark colored thin breathing materials above the crib of napping 17 and 19 months old children during nap time which poses a potential health, and safety risk to persons in care.

Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety risk to persons in care. At the time of the inspection, LPA observed 4 months old baby in a rocker seat (bouncer) on the floor. LPA had discussed these banned items with the licensee on the last pre-licensing inspection.
