Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed the pool gate bent over during tour. Licensee picked gate back up and latched it with a carabiner lock. Licensee rolled a child’s push toy into the fence and the fence bent over. Licensee stated that she doesn’t know what happened and that she can’t remember.

LIcensee stated she did not know which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
