Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision for Infants — Based on observation, interview, and record review, the facility did not comply with the section cited above by not having staff properly supervise infants resulting in multiple instances of children in infant room sustaining bites from other children which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
