Family home — children supervised at all times — admission and observation. Licensee confirmed that she was not present in the home on 08/15/2025, 08/18/2025, 08/19/2025 and half of the day on 08/20/2025. During this time licensee’s assistant Shiela Waldon operated the child care. This is potential risk to the health and safety of children in care if not corrected.
