Infant Care Center Sleeping Equipment — Based on observations, the director did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed three infants sleeping with blankets in a crib which poses an immediate safety risk to children in care.

101428(d)(1) Infant Care Personal Services - (d) When changing an infant's diapers, the following shall apply: (1) Each infant shall be diapered on a changing table. Based on observations and interviews, staff are not utilizing the changing table in the toddler classroom (18-30 Months), which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
