Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observations and evidence collected, it was revealed that S1 did not provide adequate supervision of all children in care resulting in C1 wandering into the street which poses an immediate safety risk to children in care.

Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on the observation, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Safety risk to the children in care. During facility tour the LPA observed stairs that were not barricaded with two children present under the age of five. Licensee stated the gate is usually up, however, the gate was not put up during the inspection.

Family home — preventive health training, including pediatric CPR and first aid — Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health and Safety risk to the children in care. During the file review of staff records the LPA was unable to a current CPR/1st Aid certification for S2. During the inspection there were no other staff present with CPR/1st Aid training.
