Infant Safe Sleep — Based on observation, interview,record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that both cribs do not have fitted sheets that are appropriate to the mattress size which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Alterations to Existing Building or Grounds — Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the Master Bedroom which was off limits was being used. During inspection, LPA observed C3 sleeping on a portable baby swing inside the room which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
