During the file review LPA was unable to review current sleep logs for C3. Additionally, the sleep log times are set times (i.e 12:00PM, 12:15PM, 12:30PM, 3:30PM, 3:45PM,). Licensee understands the times must reflect the actual time the child goes to sleeps.
