Wading Pools — Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. In touring the facility, LPA observed a kiddie pool on the playground with standing water. LPA was informed that the pool was used the previous day and the water had been standing since then. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. A civil penalty of $500.00 was also issued with this citation.
