During the facility tour, S3 attempted to test two smoke detectors, however, they were not in working condition. The Licensee stated the batteries are dead.

Upon arrival LPA observed S2 alone with nine children. S2 stated the Licensee does school drop offs in the morning and was not present at the facility. Licensee arrived at the facility 10-15 minutes after the inspection started.

During the children’s file review the LPA reviewed sleep logs for C2, C3, C4 that were timed for every 30 minutes. All sleep logs had set times such as 12:15PM, 12:45PM, 1:15PM, etc.
