Teacher Qualifications and Duties — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above inone of five staff files reviewed. Where proof of enrollment in ECE curriculum course was not provided for S1 during inspection, Which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Fixtures, Furniture, Equipment and Supplies — Based on observation and interviews classroom # 6 had 19 children present on the date of the visit with only one working toilet. Interviews disclosed most of the time children are to dispose of used toilet paper in the trashcan for both urination and bowel movements. Which poses a potential health risk to children in care.

Activities/Napping — Based on observation and interviews, it was revealed at times during nap time, only one staff member will be available providing supervision for more than twelve children during nap, while not all children are asleep or on their cots. On two occasions, LPA observed three of four classrooms out of ratio.
