Criminal background check — Based on the observation and interview, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses an immediate Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During the inspection the LPA was informed and adult resident is living in the home who the LPA verified does not have a clearance and is not associated to the facility.

Family home — preventive health training, including pediatric CPR and first aid — Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During review of staff files the LPA was unable to review an EMSA approved CPR/1st Aid certificate for S2.

Immunizations — Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During the children’s file review the LPA was unable to review immunizations for C1.
