Indoor Activity Space — Based on observation, LPA observed a large black stain on the infant room floor and a carpet floor tile in the pathway in a preschool classroom lifting significantly on the corner, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
The date by which the licensee must file CCLD's Proof of Correction form, certifying under penalty of perjury that the deficiency was corrected on or before that date. Filing it does not prevent CCLD from making a follow-up visit to verify.
Infant Care General Sanitation — Based on observation and interview, the changing station had a fabric cover and the area was not being cleaned and disinfected between changes, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
