During the staff file review the LPA was unable to review a current Mandated Reporter certificate for Licensee.

Large family home — building and fire standards — Based on the observation, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health & Safety risk to the children in care. During the facility tour the LPA observed a fire extinguisher that was not fully charged. The facility does have a fire extinguisher rated 1-A:10-B:C and no children were present. Facility has been closed for two weeks due to the holiday.

During the children’s file review the LPA was unable to review an LIC 995 Parents Rights Receipt for C2 and C3.
