Fixtures, Furniture, Equipment and Supplies — Based on LPA, observation of outdoor playstructure, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. At 01:30pm, LPA observed the bottom step of facility's play structure's protective coating peeling/missing with exposed metal underneath starting to rust. The peeling material may pose a tripping hazard and potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
